I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely seen, respected, and supported. My goal is to offer a space where you can show up as you are, without pressure to have everything figured out first.

I have over ten years of social work experience supporting individuals through periods of change, stress, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and identity exploration. My therapeutic style is collaborative, relational, and adaptable to each person’s needs. I often draw from CBT, DBT, narrative, empowerment, and strengths-based approaches while remaining grounded in curiosity and compassion.

Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, capable people who have spent a long time carrying difficult experiences quietly and independently. Therapy can become a place to better understand patterns, reconnect with your values, strengthen emotional regulation, and move toward a life that feels more sustainable and authentic.

Outside of the therapy office, I value slow and intentional living. You’ll usually find me spending time outdoors, gardening, knitting, reading, and spending quality time with loved ones. These practices remind me of the importance of rest, creativity, and connection, all of which can play meaningful roles in the healing process as well.
